E-mail Correspondence

Marsulex retains the content of e-mails that are sent to Marsulex, the e-mail address from which the e-mail was sent and Marsulex responses in order to handle any follow-up and to monitor service quality.

IP Address

Marsulex employs software programs that monitor network traffic and detect unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.  These programs record the Internet Protocol (IP) address of computers that visit the site.  They also record the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, and the browsers and operating systems used by visitors.  We do not attempt to link this information to the identities of individual users, unless an attempt to damage the site has been detected.

Cookies

We do not regularly use “cookies” to record information about you or your usage of this site.  (A “cookie” is a file that may be placed on your hard drive without your knowledge by a website to allow it to monitor your use of the site.)

Confidentiality Protections

To protect the confidentiality of the personal information it collects, Marsulex employs technological, physical and organizational safeguards appropriate for the sensitivity of the personal information.
