Mr. Barrett is a Managing Partner of Stikeman Elliott LLP, Barristers & Solicitors and has acted as corporate counsel to Marsulex since its inception. He also serves on the Boards of a number of private companies.
William A. Lambert
Mr. Lambert is a Partner of Birch Hill Equity Partners, a private equity fund raised in August 2005 by the former principals of TD Capital Canadian Private Equity Partners. Mr. Lambert previously held the position of Managing Director of TD Capital, the private equity arm of The Toronto-Dominion Bank. He has over 18 years experience in merchant banking and investing and 10 years experience in consulting and plant engineering. Mr. Lambert received his M.B.A. from York University and his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He serves on the Boards of Amorfix Life Sciences Ltd., Innergex Renewable Energy Inc., and a number of private companies. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Trustees of Ag Growth Income Fund.
Ian M. Matheson3
Mr. Matheson is Chief Consulting Officer, Risk Management Consultants of Canada Limited, a subsidiary of Aon Canada Inc. He has been a director of Marsulex since its inception. He has also held senior risk officer positions with major corporations and financial institutions in the United States and Canada. He is a director of Aon Reed Stenhouse Inc., a subsidiary of Aon Corporation, a director of FirstOnSite Restoration L.P., a leading provider of disaster restoration services in Canada, and he serves with other Boards of non-public companies in the insurance and health care sectors.
John A. Rogers1,2
Mr. Rogers retired from the position of President and CEO of MDS Inc. in June 2005. He had held that position since March 1996, and prior to that had held increasingly senior positions with MDS since 1973. Mr. Rogers was a member of the Board of Directors of MDS from 1991 to 2005. He is a Chartered Accountant and also is a director of Northstar Healthcare Inc. and serves on the Board of Trustees of Morneau Sobeco.
Michael J. Salamon2
Mr. Salamon is a partner of Birch Hill Equity Partners and has 16 years experience in the private equity industry. Previously he was with TD Capital, Birch Hill’s predecessor company, and prior to that spent seven years as a Vice President at Harrowston Inc., a Toronto-based private equity investment firm. Mr. Salamon received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and his Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto. Mr. Salamon is a CFA charterholder. He currently serves on the Boards of a number of private companies.
William C. Stevens (Chairman)4
Mr. Stevens is a Principal of Birch Hill Equity Partners, a private equity fund raised in August 2005 by the former principals of TD Capital Canadian Private Equity Partners. Mr. Stevens previously held the position of Vice President and Director of TD Capital, the private equity arm of The Toronto-Dominion Bank. He has 17 years experience in investment banking and private equity investing. He serves on the Boards of a number of private companies.

Mr. Stewart is a private financial consultant. Mr. Stewart has over 23 years experience as an investment banker followed by such positions as Vice President with Union Carbide Corporation, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Foamex, Inc. Additionally, he is a director of AEP Industries, ITC Holdings Corp., and P.H. Glatfelter & Company.
